Introduction to Human Resources
There are two kinds of employees at Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan’s Heartland. There is the team that we want to see remain at Goodwill Industries—on a long-term basis—then there are those people we serve…who, we hope, will aspire to move into the community to extend their employability.
This Human Resources section is for the first group—those who want to join GICMH and stay awhile. We hope you apply for an opening, will be hired, and stay with Goodwill for a long time. We have a benefits program and we have a top-notch safety program—to protect both those who work for Goodwill and the public. We also offer a variety of kinds of training—on the specific job you do, more formal training, or both.
